Creating an ever changing home for New York's multi national crowd. Anakin was hired by a tech entrepreneur to develop the branding for Manhatten based rooftop house featuring different floors with individual purposes ranging from art galleries, restaurants, stores and a members club. The branding reflects the different floors and shows abstract floor plans in geometric shapes.
80,000 sq ft 7-8 levels / Location - Lower East Side Manhattan / Modern and contemporary, predominantly black and white sculpture, objects, paintings, installations, big scale, photography / Basement - artist bar / Ground floor - cafe, retail space / Main floors - foundation and revolving galleries / Top floors - restaurant, private members club, rooftop
